This policy applies to all Premium subscription purchases made on secure-clean-cleanup.com, operated by AKOLLEKT LTD. It does not apply to Apple App Store purchases, as Secure Clean does not offer in-app purchases through Apple.

Email us

Send your request to billing@secure-clean-cleanup.com from the email address used at purchase.

Include your order number

Your order number is in the Stripe receipt email. Include a brief reason — this helps us process it faster.

We confirm within 1 business day

We review all requests promptly and send a confirmation email once approved.

Refund returned to your card

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Subscription renewals

Monthly and quarterly subscriptions renew automatically. You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before any renewal charge. To cancel before renewal, email billing@secure-clean-cleanup.com.

If a renewal charge has already processed and you did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for that renewal.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked.

6. Payment security

All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store your card details. For questions about a charge on your statement, contact billing@secure-clean-cleanup.com.
